Our procedure model

For the implementation of SAP ERP, OSCo uses a modified form of Accelerated SAP (ASAP). Using this methodology, we represent business processes efficiently in SAP, also where add-on developments are necessary. The customizing affect essentially a higher efficiency and overlapping of individual phases, to allow for shorter implementation times especially at fixed implementation dates. In this context, we ensure with use of regular reviews accompanying the project a seamless integration of complex process chains. The result is a SAP implementation considering time savings and resources.

The enhanced efficiency results from the engineer-like thinking when defining business processes, which we bring in as work packages directly into the project work. Industry-specific knowledge and examples on our test systems in Mannheim allow for the direct entry of an implementation project into the so-called early prototyping.
