Consulting approach
OSCo represents business processes in the production area in SAP conform to production, practice-oriented and customer specific. Dependent on the customer project, we use our own, pre-defined solutions, which have been developed in SAP R/3 and / or SAP WebAS. Our solutions encompass material related master data, production fine planning, material flow, distribution, quality management, and data migrations of master and transaction data.

Methodology
As a SAP Service Partner, OSCo uses especially the ASAP methodology (ASAP = Accelerated SAP) to carry out SAP implementation projects. Following this methodology and with the long lasting experience in the project management, OSCo has defined for its projects an own project roadmap. This is constituted of the overlapping phases project preparation, business blueprint, realization, production preparation, go-live and support.

OSCo Days

Our customers and potential buyers have the possibility to get in touch at the OSCo days taking place regularly. We have been asked several times to intensify these meetings. We will meet this wish willingly with the creation of an international OSCo user group. Common problems of even concurrent companies bring them together to discuss their requirements.
