Whereupon are the common requirements of our customers and potential buyers based ?


  1. Products / articles of inhomogeneous production with descriptions in thresholds / tolerances, partly specified by industrial quality ratings.

  2. Inscriptions (on the article) and as-is inscriptions on the batch, package or other unique objects such as spools / coils / bundles / bobbins etc. until several hundreds of single values.

  3. Management of residuals, devaluations of scrap, controlled partly consumptions, change declarations

  4. Environmental influences and deterioration / date of expiry must be considered

  5. Changing quantity and / or weight units at the article but also across the production process, e.g. also weights per unit area.

  6. Complex surcharge or reduction systematic in the purchase and sales for different influencing values.

  7. Customer influences on packaging / packaging weights / position in packaging and for transports / unloading and dimensions.

  8. In spite of a high product variance and regular special designs, solutions using MTS (make to stock) are preferred, instead of MTO (make to order).

  9. High functional requirements for a QM until the direct use of control cards for machine settings.

  10. Fatal errors in the product liability when mixing up objects in the production and shipping.

  11. Clear back-tracing of several influencing values of suppliers and own production.

  12. Many different processes, whereby the goods can via the processes partly be interchanged. Therefore process overlapping proceedings must be developed.
